Check, prioritize and verify
Use one worksheet to check important pages and track the resulting work. It combines the former checklist and audit scorecard.
What to inspect
- Access and discovery: the intended page loads, contains its main text and has relevant internal links.
- Business facts: products, services, specifications, prices and contact details are accurate.
- Buying information: include relevant order requirements, delivery, returns or service boundaries.
- Customer journey: test the enquiry, booking or purchase step on mobile.
Record a change someone can verify
For each issue, save the URL, evidence, priority, owner, proposed change and acceptance check. Use “not checked” when evidence is missing; mark work verified only after repeating the relevant check.
Fix blocked access, wrong business facts and failed customer actions before optional improvements. The worksheet is a work record, not a ranking score.
