Track questions your customers ask
We agree a set of questions about your products, services and buying decisions, then record how selected AI platforms answer them over time. Questions that name your brand are tracked separately from questions that do not.
The scope specifies platforms, markets, languages, question counts and observation frequency. Platform coverage is confirmed before work begins.
Keep the measures separate
- Brand mention: the answer names your business.
- Owned citation: the answer links to your website.
- Answer accuracy: checked claims agree with confirmed business information.
- Visits and enquiries: measured separately where attribution data is available.
A mention is not necessarily a recommendation. A citation does not establish a visit or a sale.
What the report should show
- The exact question, platform or API, date, market and language.
- Saved answers, source URLs and any factual issues identified.
- Comparable observations over time, with failed runs reported separately.
- Recommended actions and the owner of each agreed change.
API observations can differ from consumer interfaces. Reports describe the sample observed, not every user’s experience.
Turn findings into useful changes
We review missing or incorrect information and agree which website or content updates to make. Your business confirms important facts before publication. A later answer change is recorded without assuming that one edit caused it.
