Use this log when an AI answer gives a wrong price, specification, service area or other business fact. The file includes a labelled fictional example.
Keep the answer and the approved fact
Save the exact claim, question, platform, date and cited source. Add the correct fact and the business source that confirms it. If the source of the error is unknown, record that uncertainty.
Correct the source you can control
Check relevant website pages and public profiles. Assign the correction to an owner and verify what is actually published. Updating your website does not directly change an external AI answer.
Record the later answer separately
Repeat the original question under comparable conditions. Keep “source corrected” and “answer observed as correct” as separate states, including when the error persists.
